Just learned that actor Lou Perryman, best known for his role as Lefty in Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2, was murdered this week in his home in Travis County Texas. A suspect has been arrested in connection with this case. As of this time there isn’t much information regarding this ongoing event.
It’s a sad day for us horror fans, Perryman, a longtime collaborator of Tobe Hooper’s, was known for being a joy to work with and always a great guy with his fans. If you want a perfect snapshot of what the man was like simply watch his bits in the TCM2 special features. Horror lost one the great ones today.
